OneHub brings the orders, menus and branches from all your delivery apps into one dashboard, so your team stops switching between tablets and every order is handled the same way.

Setup

• Connect a delivery app: Link a delivery app account so its orders reach OneHub.
• Map your branches: Match each delivery app store to the right branch.

Orders

• Receive and accept orders: See new orders from every app and accept them in one place.
• Reject or cancel an order: Turn down an order and choose the reason the app shows the customer.

Menus

• Sync your menu to delivery apps: Update your menu once and publish it to every app.
• Mark items as unavailable: Hide sold-out items on every app at once.

Branches

• Set working hours: Control when each branch accepts orders.
• Pause a branch: Stop orders temporarily when a branch is busy or closed.
